Meadplan Ltd recruits, trains and manages specialist sales advisers for the educational sector. It has exclusive contracts with large organisations which primarily focus on training job changers to enter the construction sector. Since its inception in 1999 Meadplan has partnered with companies delivering training in IT, Computer Gaming and Accounting.

Your Training.

Following your interview you will be invited to attend an eight day residential course where you will be taught a unique set of skills which has generated millions of pounds of revenue over many successful years in the industry.

Forget everything you think you know about sales as it will be of no use in this business. We have to develop you from scratch. To achieve early success our coaching and development team will work with you in the field to grow your expertise until you are able to convert at a profitable level for both you and the companies we sell for.

Our top professionals earn in excess of £100K per annum and many of our advisers have been with us for decades.

You will visit booked and qualifies appointments at home to interview and assess their abilities and aptitude to train.

This means you will come into contact with every walk of life. All the enquiries are inbound and no calling is ever required. The job is interesting but requires a genuine interest in people.

You will be helping people achieve their dreams and ambitions whilst at the same time fulfilling you own.
